Write to founder@think-app.com. A person on the Look-out team reads every message. Tell us the email on your account and, if it is about a post, a sighting or a comment, a link to it.
Report a post, a sighting or a comment
In the app or on the website, open the ⋯ menu on the post, sighting or comment and choose Report. You can also block the member from the same menu, which hides what they post from you and stops comments and messages between you. The author is not told who reported them. Every report is reviewed by a person in the Look-out dashboard.
Concerns about a driving report
In the iOS app, open Preferences and choose Report abuse or request a correction. Include the registration and the state or region, and explain the issue. A concern is free and is reviewed by a person. Reporting limits apply equally to free and Premium accounts.

Account deletion
Delete your account for free in the app from Preferences, then Delete my account. You can also email founder@think-app.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that in your iPhone’s subscription settings.

Premium and optional support
Premium is an annual membership that compares your saved descriptions with community posts and puts possible matches in a private inbox. It does not guarantee recovery. Premium opens soon. Everything else is free today. On iPhone, Premium is bought through Apple; on the web, through Stripe. Both attach to the same Look-out account.
